Does that mean we are closer to the end of vacation than the beginning? I do miss my dogs, but other than that I wouldn't mind extending vacation, oh well! Today we went to the Queen Elizabeth Botanical Gardens again, and this time it wasn't raining! Yay! At 11 am most days they have a Blue Iguana tour it's $30 Cayman per person and you get to go behind the scenes of the breeding facility of the Blue Iguanas. They were on the brink of extinction before the program, but now they have been upgraded with over 900 released back into the wild. It sounds like their program is working. Admission to the botanical garden is included, so we spent quite a bit of time roaming around their grounds. My only complaint- it was HOT! There are a lot of trees so it's not too hard to find shade, but it was still hot. We took lots of photos, but it's supposed to be better in the spring. They have a whole section of orchids, but it's the wrong time of the year for that. We saw some birds and a few green iguanas. It is a great place. We were so hot afterwards, all we did was eat and come back for a swim. The restaurant was good, I think it was called on the edge. Ok, I'm tired again.... Until tomorrow
